Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients

• Implement skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior Analysis (VBA)

• Complete weekly program writing and maintain accurate client program books

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during treatment sessions and emergency situations

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training, workshops, and professional development

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)

Schedule & Employment Type

• Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
