Immediately HELP WANTED for Window Cleaners Trainee, May 2025

 
HERE IS WHAT YOU GET
 Starting at $15.00, earn up to $22.50 as soon as 2-3 weeks of work.  Average will be 15 to 32+ hours per week.  Planned, professional program.  No experience needed, but ladder experience is helpful.  Sometimes we work in small teams and sometimes we work solo.  We do RESIDENTIAL as well as COMMERCIAL:  window cleaning, power washing and gutter clean out and occasionally other misc.  Our maximum working height is 3 stories.  Are you somewhat of a perfectionist?  A clean-freak?   Keep moving forward with a positive attitude, we can help you succeed and make some pretty good money.  Full time may be in your future, with upward mobility to Solo Specialist or Team Leader positions!
 
HERE ARE TOP 10 REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT

1.  Be an On-Time Specialist
2.  Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
3.  Have cell phone w voicemail, text and a GPS
4.  Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
5.  Be available one full day and two partial days per week, prearranged, with open availability for morning starts.   Starting time is usually around 8 a.m. but may be as early as 6a.m Monday through Friday.  Your scheduled days, including exceptions, must be on the calendar at least one week in advance.    
6.  Be able to climb like a Monkey - some experience with extension ladders would help!
7.  Be Respectful to people and their property
8.  Be Coachable, follow the plan
