For over a decade, Carolina Outreach has provided high-quality mental health services across the state of North Carolina. We are an agency that focus on a families-first approach, where in-home, strengths-based services will help families become self-sufficient while remaining intact. We now offer services in more than 10 locations throughout the state.
Walk-In Assessment for SUD only hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 a.m. to noon.
Medication Management Walk-In hours for existing clients are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to noon.
Other assessments by appointment only.
